hope everyone’s been well. while we might have been slacking on new posts here, rest assured we’ve been hard at work! in case you haven’t heard, the Labwerx crew has a new residency at TNS Bar-Room in East Atlanta (www.tnsbarroom.com) – every month we’re hosting AWOL, showcasing all types of amazing bass-heavy music. dubstep, electro, house, drum&bass, hip hop, breaks.. it’s ALL good! last month we brought in ATL DnB legend Don Darko (www.myspace.com/dondarko01) who laid it down HARD. this time around we’re bringing in Athens heavyweights DJ Triz (www.myspace.com/djtriz) and T8r(tot) (www.myspace.com/t8rtot84), and it happens to be the second stop on T8r’s Southeast tour. these guys lay it down, everything from breaks to electro to hip hop, live sampling and remixing, synth work – it was only a matter of time before we brought these guys in! definitely gonna be a smashed out night, be there!
